As an artist I like the black and white of the charcoal and graphite
pencils. They bring out a different almost lost art. So much is now done
in color. When I was young I used to watch old TV shows or movies, in
the dark, under a blanket with a big bowl of popcorn.
It had a neat feeling imagining the colors subconsciously, when I saw
colorized versions of the same show, it didn't look right.
